The garden looked fabulous, and the main lawn and herbaceous borders were a magnet for guests. That’s where you could buy a plant from the plant stall or a slice of cake to go with tea!

The raffle, tombola and kiddies’ areas were all busy. Many enjoyed a walk around the beautiful grounds and the parkland (that was once just a field)! with its lovely trees and gorgeous borders, where games of badminton and cricket took place. Thank you all for your support with manning the stalls, providing the cakes and raffle prizes or simply coming along to make the most of a sunny afternoon! Most of all, THANK YOU TO KIM AND MALCOLM whose hard work all through the year and welcome on the day made it such a happy community event.

After expenses, all money raised went to St Mary Oatlands, Weybridge.
