1. Promote and present St Mary’s as accessible, relevant, helpful, considerate and non-judgemental to both members and people living and working in the community.

2. Help members of St Mary’s Oatlands to be confident Disciples of Christ in all aspects of their lives.

3.Grow the Church younger’ by encouraging and developing the ministry to children, families, and young people.
